    I drove across town checking multiple shops to find any flavor I like today. I *first* stopped at this shop, Smoke Republic, selling Drip More products.

    There bottles are not organized in anyway, just mixed up all over the shelf, but we finally find *1* bottle of 1 flavor I like. None of the bottles are labeled with expiration dates btw. I explain how frustrating it is to find a flavor I like at this point, they are all smiles. I tell them I will probably return.

    After checking all the other vape shops, *I drive back here for this one bottle*. I buy this and another bottle, so one I didn't even really want, but I settle for the 2nd. I start to fill up my vape, the cap pops off the bottle, and it starts spilling all over me and my expensive vape battery.

    At this point, I'm clearly annoyed *** I drove across town twice for this bottle. Tory offers to replace it with another bottle (different flavor), and I point out, yeah, I don't want to pay full price for less than half the bottle that's left, but I literally drove there for that flavor, and would like to keep the juice left over since that's what I actually paid for and drove their for. She says sure, but then you can't get the replacement bottle...

    I literally just wanted the flavor I drove across town and paid for Drip More, is that really so hard to ask???????

    This is the first time I have heard of your complaint. First, I would like the clarify the fact that we have no affiliation to the retail store you purchased from or the distributor the retailer buys its products from. If you would have contacted us directly, we could have resolved this matter avoiding the bad experience you have had with the retailer in your area. The issue you're experiencing with the bottle is a defect from the bottle manufacturer which happens from time-to-time at a very low rate annually. We offer bottle replacements to customers after verification of government issued photo identification. I cannot offer you a refund because we do not sell direct to consumers and we did not sell you the product. I can only offer replacement.

    I responded to your email and attempted to call the phone number listed but was sent to voice mail. Please reach back out if you wish to have a replacement product.
