      On February 15, 2023, I met with ***** ******* and his assist ******* in lieu of providing a website for my business. He came referred from one of his client, ****** ****** of One Touch Massage (in whom I never met- ). When I met with *****, the address was incorrect on his initial website intake form. It was a camera store (Image One Camera & Video, he led me back to a very small office in the back. He recommended I change my domain name host source from GoDaddy to Blue Host. He failed to disclosed upon transfer of my company's domain name, would be locked for 60 days! I've been with GoDaddy for almost 20 years and expressed I would like to ramian with them. He stated for the hosting cost Blue Host was cheaper (178.20), in which was more than GoDaddy for a year (143.00) for a year. I explained in detail what I want to see re: the design Elegant/luxury/colorful- pics of the ingredients of the products. I emailed ***** on 2.23.2023 with my dissatisfaction with his design (country look) and services. I gave him (3) options. 1. reimburse my money. 2. Continue to develop using GoDaddy hosting and reimburse my money. 3. Move forward, creating the design to my specifications and request as well as be professional and respectful due to him stating "it sounds like you need a good massage" while on a conference call - I handled business all week, dealing with the rain, car issues and tax prep. Yes I was tired, however, his statement was inappropriate. I went to his office thereafter - he prematurely published my contact information with no approval, exposing my Corp name instead of my business name. I respectfully asked him to step away from his assist, while I stated in privacy" Please have the website page park/under construction and do not publish anything without my approval. Upon leaving, as he walked me to the door he referred me a "control freak" in front of his colleagues. I demanded my money back- 3/31/23-His bus.card states no websites design nor his website.
