      These salesmen keep harassing me and my wife leaving their notes on my house under the guise of providing official water testing. They try to force my locked screen door open to leave their notes on my door. I need them to stop coming or I will contact the police for harassment and littering.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      A man came knocking on my door at about 7:30 pm (CST) and said he was looking for my husband. He said that they the company had been calling him and that he was sent out to physically since he wasnt able to make contact with him by phone. He said he was there to speak with him in regards to water treatment for our home, and handed me a slip that said Sorry we missed you, with my husbands name and address on it. He asked me who I was, I didn't disclose, and he never stated who he was or who he was with. The name of the company is on the slip, and that's what led me here. I mentioned that to my Dad, since I found it to be strange, and he told me that the same man I described had stopped at their home too about 8pm. The man told him that he was looking for my husband, and that it was in regards to water treatment and asked what my husband does for a living. When I mentioned it to my mom, she told me that a woman had gone by, about a week ago, looking for him too. This has SCAM written all over it; they need to leave us alone.

      Salesman came to door clearly marked with No Soliciting sign. He left a note to call ASAP and just listed Homeowner as the name. The note was left directly next to my no soliciting sign. I saw a very similar complaint about this same company from just two months ago. BBBs response was that they didnt see the sign and were sorry. I think this company doesnt care and will continue to do this.

      As I mentioned in my previous response, we are very sorry to hear about this issue, we apologize for the inconvenience.

      The salesman assured me that he will no longer stop by your house, he left the notice by mistake, he did not pay attention to the No soliciting sign since he was in a hurry.

      Solicitation at house, front door clearly has "no solicitation" sign posted. Left note asking to contact asap at ************ with previous homeowner's name listed.

      We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, the peddler who left the notice at your door assured us that he was in a hurry and did not pay attention to the sign.

      It is not going to happen again.
