I ordered over $82,000 dollars in Windows from Renewal by Anderson. I ordered in January of this year. It has been one mistake after another. They ordered the wrong windows in my Master Bathroom and my 2 front Bedrooms. They replaced the one in the Bathroom and are refusing to replace the ones in the 2 front Bedrooms. They said that they had to change the style due to the City Code. I called my Salesman **** *********, and he told me that he ordered the same existing windows. The City came out for Inspection and gave me the Code and told me I was correct. The the Existing Windows could be kept the same or made larger. I want my windows replaced with the same windows that I had. I have a Terminal Illness Ataxia, and this has caused me a lot is Stress, I am happy to pay once the correct windows are installed. The Code is R310.5 Replacement Windows.

We purchased 9 large windows and a sliding glass door w screen for our master. The installation team stated that a slider was not on the order as discussed w our sales agent. After the window installation we discussed multiple areas of chipped paint and wood around EVERY window. In addition, one window was broken on installation and was drilled into place by the installation team so thar we had matching windows while a new one was being made. We called our salesperson who denied our discussion of the slider and tried to make us feel guilty about the cost of a new slider would be. Several months later, a supervisor was dispatched to install the new window. Once this supervisor showed up, be was rude and demanded to know what was wrong w the window and did we (customer) make the diagnosis of the failed window? He changed his tone when my husband stepped in. Prior to his leaving, we showed him the wood and paint problems around every window. He agreed it was from the installation , took pictures, and said that we would be contacted for repairs. He reiterated to us that the installation team had hung a window wrong and had damaged the exterior of our home during installation. We were reassured that we would be contacted by RENEWAL by ********. In the months after, we recd no phone call and no email or snail mail about our issue. I emailed the company AND made several calls. When we did finally get someone on the phone, again we assured that we would be contacted. Our original installation was in Nov 2022 and our replacement window (and supervisor visit) occured in January 2023. It is now going into the 3rd week of May 2023 and NO RESPONSE from the company.

My wife and I purchased two sets of windows one starting two years ago the other a year ago. When they were installed they were improperly installed four different times they've been scratched cracked Or the seal popped.

Also we paid for concrete board to be put in and we find out that it's just regular pressurized wood... We had to fight to get them to remove the wood which I already paid for in the 1st place which they did when I found out it wasn't. Concrete board when I came home I was very upset. I was told by Jason my original contact that it would be addressed along with the damage to my brand new casing and brand new flooring which has never. Been addressed.

I have been contacting Jason directly for the last 2 months. Expecting a window to be showing off and communication with the owners on how we are to resolve my payment for Products that were not installed.

We paid cash for these windows when they were installed and they have still in two years not finished the job.

I have numerous pictures as evidence of what has happened throughout as Well they have been recording every time they've come out.

I also have extra pieces of the lumber. They used as evidence that it's not concrete pored which was stated on my bill. That I was paying for concrete boards with an upcharge of almost twenty five hundred dollars on my second bill alone.
