    I purchased several parts from this store on Nov 1 2023. I received an invoice for $2,250 which I paid. After weeks I did not receive my order. I called and finally spoke to someone that said I need to pay $250 more to receive it. I refused and showed them my invoice the company had already sent me. They refused to send me items., saying they mis quoted shipping although the shipping costs were quoted at checked out I got a text message from **** an employee with the invoice and correct shipping. I told them to cancel the order. After not hearing anything I called back, they said its easier if we send you just one of the items and refund you the difference. I said thats fine. They refused then to do that and said you can buy the original order only with the extra shipping amount. I have text messages from the company through this whole process. They have taken 3 weeks cost me time and money and refused to send me me items.
