    I purchased an item from this company in December. The confirmation email said it would shop in 2 to.4 business days. Never recieved any additional emails saying the item shipped. I sent numerous emails *** tried calling, no response. They charged my debit card the money for the item. Never recieved the item *** no communication from them. Reported the issue to my bank. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything because I authorized the transaction. The company lied and said they shipped the item. But no confirmation email or tracking number was ever provided. They company basically stole my money. They charged my debit card and never provided the item or a refund. I've attached some.emails *** also screen shots of online reviews where the company has been taking people's money the same way. I would like my money back, they are scamming consumers.

    I ordered a stainless steel false bottom for a 55 gal drum on November 10. November 21 I was billed again. I've emailed them phone called many times. Talked to receptionist explaining problem she said I would be contacted. Never called me back

    Placed order 1/12/24 Sent emails on 1/19, 1/24 inquiring about order, no replies 1/24, 1/25 send FB Messenger DM, no replies 1/24 called and left message at ************. Was told someone would call me back. No call back yet.

    Date of order: 12/16/2023 Order Number: ***** I received the order 12/26/2023. and discovered it was wrong I Ordered SKU: SSJLIDLM5pk, for $27.00. I also ordered SKU: SSJLIDSM5pk, for @27.00. These are supposed to be 26 guage Stainless steel, laser cut, with silicone rubber gaskets. Instead, I received two 10 packs of canning jar lids ($22.00) with stick on filters and injection ports. I wa charged the $27.00 ea., as if they had shipped the correct items.I have no use for canning jar lids. They will not hold up to my use. I ordered the other for their increased resilience.I asked that the company send the items I ordered. I also asked that they email me the tracking number. I never received a reply to two identical emails. I then sent 2 messages to Mycology Supply, with the same content and request, through Shopify's app. Again, I received no response. Then, I called customer service, which went directly to voice mail. I left two voice mails, with my concerns and contact information. Again, no response.Today, I sent two additional emails, setting a deadline of end of business today to contact me or I would report the company to the BBB. Again, no response.
