    My car only has ****** miles on it, and its almost 4 years old. I brought it in, last month, for a routine oil change. I was told that a needed a new cabin and engine filter. I decided the price was exuberant, and opted out. When I returned home, I notice my glovebox, wasnt in place correctly. When I checked, I found one of the k**** missing. After inspecting my car, I found the ****, under my passenger side seat. A few days later, after turning in my AC, I noticed a loud whistling sound. Again, my car is like new, and I never had that issue before. After doing some research, I read that can happen after an oil change, because it could be a blocked duct under the dash. A common issue after an oil change. I called them, and was told to bring it in. Well, I showed up a half hour before they opened, and when it was my turn, I was told it would be 30 minutes, and a charge of $89. I again repeated the issue happened AFTER an oil change. They agreed that they can do a diagnostics, and determine later if its something that was their fault, there would be no charge. After this conversation, they changed their time, and told me it will be 4-5 hours before my car would be seen. I do believe, they purposely damaged my car, when I told them NO to a new cabin filter. This was their fault. My air conditioner worked just fine, until they had my car. I want my car fixed, and because they are responsible for the damage, I should not be charged, and I should be a priority when I bring my car in.
