****** Review was shut down so I could not file a complaint there. Excerpt from first letter: After reading the book and their website I feel as though I have been taken advantage of by you and your organization. I took to heart all your advertising and bought-in to the false promises as to your delivering on my intended outcomes. I invested heavily in your programs, upsells, and other initiatives to be sure I did everything I could to have the result you professed, and your testimonials suggested.Excerpt from second letter as Letter 1 got no resolution:I engaged you and your firm, 828 MEDIA LLC, to deliver on the promise of helping me grow my business by way of the expertise your training would afford me per the testimonials showcased in your advertising and webinars. In trying to resolve my issue with the purchase, I came to you directly. You have chosen delegate this internally. Although I did receive some account information, it was nowhere near accurate as to my investment with you. This is my last attempt to resolve this directly with you before going to the authorities.I will begin to register my complaint with the Attorney General of Florida, your State Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Also, the ************************(***) as they share a complaint database called Sentinel that compiles all company complaints with the BBB, the ***, State Departments, the Attorney General, and others as an amplifier for the regulators to protect the public by launching investigations. The complaints will be specific to the *** Act, particularly sections 5, 13(b), and 19. As to Compliance, the context of the violations will be specific to Misrepresentation, Net Impression, Claims, Substantiation, and Testimonials. Their investigations become daunting given the breadth and depth of the Discovery, which might yield a Warning Letter or a Civil Investigation Demand(CID) at a minimum.
