      Notary loan signing services rendered for Notaries Express on 11/22/2024 for an agreed amount of $125. Per the attached email thread, I have sent an invoice to the signing agency In November, January and again in April. This agency has yet to respond with a payment status or explanation of the delay.

      Notaries express only pays their contracted notary signing fee if the title company pays them for a funded loan. So, if the loan gets cancelled after the signing is completed (something the notary can't control), the notary will not get paid according to Notaries Express. This is not standard in the industry. How does the notary even know if they get paid.

      Hi There, In response to our vendor complaint. This file is still open per our customer and we have not been able to collect any fees for her signing appointment. Per the signed contract below from **** we do not pay for files that do not fund. I did speak with her regarding this and explained that we would be willing to work with her on future files going forward if a file does not fund but she refused to do any further work for us and we decided to part ways. I am in hopes that file *** close soon to pay her out right away. We are at a loss on this file as well unfortunately.
