    In January of 2025 I contacted Tax Turnaround via email and was contacted by ********** ****** who goes by ****. She set up an initial Zoom consult which we did at a few days later. She agreed to complete our tax returns for the previous year and sent us portal access through intuit to upload all of our personal tax information and previous returns. Over the next couple months we remained in contact and she always responded quickly to questions. I then scheduled our ***** appointment to go over our return that she said she had been working on. I received a conformation for a zoom appointment and when that day came she was no where to be found. She wouldnt respond to my emails even though I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she may have had a schedule mix up. She wont answer phone calls.voice mailbox is full and wont respond to text messages. The phone is sometimes off and goes right to voice mail and other times it rings numbers times. I was then in a time crunch to find someone else to file an extension and take on our returns. The most disturbing part about all of this is that she collected all of our personal and business financial information including social security numbers and sensitive financial statements which worries me. I Went onto Yelp and discovered two recent reviews with the exact same situation with **** and Tax Turnaround. Im deeply concerned about my sensitive personal information that they have obtained.

    We have had our taxes completed by ********************* for the past couple of years. This year she completed our tax return which showed a large state tax refund that ***************** said you can pay your federal taxes and still get money on your pocket. We received a check in the mail from the ******************* which was about one quarter off f what was expected. After contacting the franchise tax board, they advised that our tax preparer indicated the wrong amount for total paid to the state. The *** records showed a lower amount which resulted in a lesser refund. I attempted to contact ****** and she responded that once saying we should get a letter from the state as to why the adjustment. That was the last and only time we heard from her despite numerous attempts. I even scheduled an appointment via the tax turnaround website and I received a text from her that she would call but I never received a call. I did receive an amended tax return with the adjustments to state tax totals but no explanation for why there was this error or how. Or even an apology for the mistake. Additionally, the account number she put down to have our refund direct deposited was incorrect. We even confirm d my account number that I entered on intuit which was correct. This issue wasnt even address by ****** when I messaged and called her. I am not sure what the problem is but these are some serious issues and concerns. Poorly run business that can cause a great deal of problems. We paid $250 for her to complete what should have been an easy return. We paid her $200 but she indicated $288 on our return. Why?

    We paid ********** "****" ****** for tax services for 2020, 2021, and 2022. In October, we received a notice from the *** that mistakes were make and needed to be corrected. After 3 emails to ****, she responded that she was not in her normal cadence and will be correcting it immediately and sending a tracking number the following day. A tracking number was never received. I've emailed her 11 times, left several messages and sent several texts to her personal cell, there has never been a response. I'm in contact with another tax preparer and we need all prior tax returns. I've requested the tax returns that I've paid for and there has not been one response via call, text or email. She is ignoring us intentionally. I've read other reviews online and this has happened before, we're not the first. The office address that I provided may not be valid. I believe she now works remotely
