    Gamma billing falsely charged my card ***** then said they refunded the amount on Nov.18th. I called my bank and they bank said they did not. I called and spoke to a rude lady named ****** who was unprofessional, rude and hung up on me. I need my money today plus any additional fees for the inconvience. I believe this is a scam company.I also sent emails to their supervisors ******* and **** who also refused to respond.the account # they have is ********* card info is 5143 77 last four# ****

    On July 10, 2023 I open online portal to one of Gamma Billing, *** paid subscription. I paid this subscription on this day using my credit card. The paid transaction on my credit card shows on July 10, 2023 for ***** and the transaction for subscription send to my email shows the same date. I enjoyed the content and had no trouble with the website until August 9, 2023. I did not have access to the paid subscription. The website refuse to accept my login information. I got into the paid website support in a form of chatting, talked to Rose. She try to help, but could not. I filled info for technical support no help there too. I cancelled my subscription and was confirmed by the website and by ****. I did not received a email confirmation of cancellation of the paid subscription. I checked my credit card transaction they still charged me for another month subscription of ***** that I have no access to.
