    AUTOZONE ROSAMOND,CA EMPLOIYEE'S NEED TO BE TRAINED. WITH NOT MANY STORE'S' HERE. NOT WILLING TO DEAL WITH THE EMPLOYEE'S I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FOR 2 ITEM'S REGRDING A CVT TRANSMISSION. AFTER ITEMS WERE PAID FOR. AND WAS SAME DAY PICK UP MY ORDER WAS NOT PULLED NOR DID I GET NOTIFICATION FOR PICK UP. THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY ITEMS IN STOCK NEXT DAY I WENT IN WAITED ABOUT 30 MIN TO BE TOLD NOTHING BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY ITEM'S. WAS TOLD TO COME BACK NEXT DAY.. I WENT AGAIN TO CHECK MY ORDER AND STILL NO ITEMS. WAS TOLD DAVID FORGOT TO CALL OTHER STORE TO HAVE MY ITEM'S SENT OVER. AFTER 40 MIN OF THE EMPLYEES TRYING TO TELL ME THE ITEMS I NEEDED WAS THE WRONG ONE. WHICH AFTER I HAD TO SHOW THEM INFORMATION FROM THE DEALERSHIP THAT I DID ORDER THE CORRECT ITEMS. WAS TOLD TO COME BACK NEXT DAY AGAIN TO PICK UP. NOW GOING ON 3 DAYS, I'M TOLD BY ERIC MY ITEM'S AT 830AM HAVE BEEN SOLD BY ACCIDENT. AND THERE IS NO MORE IN STOCK. REALLY!!! NOW I'M TOLD TO COME BACK LATER TODAY FOR PICK UP. LIKE I WANT A REFUND THE TROUBLE I HAVE BEEN THROUGH
