      Panda Express of ****************, ** has demonstrated poor customer service from food server Apple, including the management on staff ***** and ****** who are doing this location a disservice to mitigate or resolve matters efficiently. Hospitality Training needs to be implemented because these three employees are doing a disservice to the patrons of this establishment. Apple was completely disrespectful and needs to be reprimanded. A ****** review and a complaint has also been delivered to customer relations.

      I ordered from Panda Express for delivery through the website on Jan.19th the order was eventually cancelled and I never received my items. I had to call 2 days later to inquire about refund which was Jan.21st to which I was told and received a confirmation email that I would receive 100% refund in ***** business days. It is now Feb.10th and I still have not received my refund. I called customer service to which I was told I would be transferred to another department to see if I could receive a refund ******* gave a funky attitude because I pushed back on seeing about a refund because Im confused on what we need to see if I never received my order. I then received another email saying I would receive a refund but still have not. I think this is pretty ridiculous that I have to fight to get money back from something I never received from your company. Furthermore I reached out to corporate to which no one even took the time to acknowledge what I was reaching out for. Needless to say you have lost a customer and I will be sure to let others know that this is how you treat your customers.

      Panda express in ********* ******* on Airport Boulevard literally does not care about their customers health and safety. I ordered a bowl that came with fried rice and green beans with chicken, I also added an Angus steak side to the order, all of this was done via mobile app. Upon arriving to the restaurant I was notified that they were working on Angus beef side and once its cooked it will be ready, after waiting approximately 25 minutes Angus beef side was ready but unfortunately the bowl with chicken and green beans was sitting out this whole entire time making it cold. I asked to speak with the manager, and she literally lied and said its only been five minutes, and she wasnt going to remake my bowl. Ive been sick with food poisoning in the past, and am very afraid to go through such an ordeal again. When the staff at a restaurant do not care about your health and safety that is extremely concerning.

      I went to this Panda Express today (09/18/2023) around late noon. I ordered a double plate meal with **** Mein and Orange Chicken to go. I got home and had few bites until I bit into something hard like glass. I spit the food out immediately. There was this glass/hard plastic material. I start to inspect what it was and Im unable to tell. I inspected my plastic fork to make sure that wasnt the call but the plastic fork was intact. I call up to the cooperate line immediately. and also called the restaurant. I told them what happened and the lady on the phone said, well come up here and we will replace the plate for you. I said, why would I eat at this establishment again if I found something foreign in my food. Her response was, well what do you want me to do about it?! I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and asked her was she one? She said I am I said what are you a supervisor or manager? She then continues and say, well just come up here and Ill refund your food. Never eat here please! Im warning you. The staff is rude and you will probably find something foreign in your food. When I was there after I paid for my food one of the front associates ask to cook to prepare more Orange chicken. The cook brought out a box cutter out his back pocket to open the plastic bag of frozen chicken. That should have been my warning then. My conversation with corporate was also difficult. It took them 23 minutes to answer the phone. When I got in contact with the associate she was sarcastic and rude. No one ever apologized from cooperate and the location itself.

      On June 9, 2023, I walked into the local store to grab lunch before heading out of town. As I was eating my Kung Pao Chicken, I bit into 2 pieces of metal. I saved those pieces and contacted Panda **************** when I returned home on June 13, 2023. I was told to send a picture of the metal pieces which I did as we were on the phone. She confirmed that she received the picture and that I could throw away the metal. (wish I hadn't listened). She confirmed that a refund would be issued. Multiple phones calls later I still have not received my refund. Last phone call was Aug 7, 2023 where I spoke with **** who confirmed a refund was being processed and followed up with an email stating my refund will take up to 10 business days. It is now Aug 26, 2023 (14 business days later) and still no refund. Next step is Marin ************************* Guest ticket # *******

      I walked into a store in *****, ***** and saw the Asian female manager yelling at her employees. No one should be treated this way. She threatened them to walk out on the spot. The business also reeked of gas, as if there was a broken line in the building.

      Went through drive thru on mothers day. They lost my debit card in the short amount of time they had it.Waited 30 mins while they looked for it so food was cold by the time i got home. Left number for them to call. No one called. Called 3 days later to talk to manager one wasnt availabe and never called me back. Finally at about a week later called corporate they told me store would contact me and upper management. Store finally called within 20 minutes of talking to corporate due to them calling them. They said they were reviewing the camera footage and they would call me back. Been another week+ and no calls nothing. Not a apology or refund the 60 dollars for the cold food due to waiting on them. Terrible customer service clearly. the employees even thought i was lying and laughed that they had lost the cars
