    A reasonable price for a through service. *** made sure that all entries possible for mice to enter are blocked or sealed regardless of where they are such as broken screens of my attic, the crawl space under my raised foundation, holes between the corners on the roof top... *** also very patiently educated me what to watch out and what he had done during a walkthrough. His manager came over in the end to do a final check to ensure all entries are secured and all traps are set properly.10 months later, a rodent got into our attic. This company kept their words and offered me their promised warranty free of charges. They diligently checked every possible entries and set traps. Finally, the rodent was caught. I cannot say enough to thank this company to take care of my headaches. THANK YOU!

    Clean Slate was 1 of 5 my estimates I received. They were the most fair and thorough in their inspection. I just moved into a new house and I didn't have any rodents, that I knew of. I wanted to seal the house, just in case, as some neighbors complained of their issues. They were quick to come out and handle all openings we had in the exterior of our **** sq foot house. The team that came out was very friendly and very knowledgeable about their business. I truly appreciate experts! After they sealed the house, they visited 2 more times to make sure no rodents were in the traps they set. Luckily, no rodents! Once you hear the rodents, I know you have to act immediately, so I got their services as a precautionary step. I hired Clean Slate after this experience, for another property; that actually had more critter issues. Problem also solved there too!
