    On 8/22/22, I took my 2011 Ram truck to this business in order to repair my fuel pump that was installed by this company. I additionally requested other items to be evaluated. I was charged $155 for the evaluation and was promised a complete detailed email regarding what the repairs would entail in addition to information regarding the warranty of my fuel pump and the labor. The owner, ***** aka ***** advised me he would give me that information the following morning as he was short staffed. Two days later I still had not received that evaluation. I called the company and they advised that they would give me that report the following day which they neglected to do. I again called back and was advised that the evaluation and update on the warranty and work would be given to me by the end of the day. That never happened. I again called back the following week and left a voicemail message and never received a phone call back. Today, 9/8/22, I called again and left a voicemail message with no answer. I would like to have this resolved by getting my fuel pump replaced and or the work that is necessary.
