    Responded to a radio add for open casting calls. They have multiple of these every week but they always say this will be the last one we are doing.. they spam you with reminders, and then when I do show up prepared twice in a row they just boot half the people off the call without warning as they only Interview half of them.. it's pay to play as well they will charge you for their services.. Much better to setup auditions with agencies yourself and skip this shady middle man

    I'm afraid that this person must have us confused with another service.  We don't advertise on radio, and we don't hold casting calls.  I'm not sure what company this person dealt with, but it was not Casting Calls America.

    I received a secondary call back from this company for my daughter. When I asked them if I had to pay for the interview they said yes and gave me a direct quote amount of almost $600. After I said I was no longer interested anf that I knew what was up they proceeded to send some very unprofessional commentary asking what the difference was between paying for food and paying for an interview . I have never had to pay for one in my life. Next scam! Do not give these people any credit card information or any information about you or your family. I have screenshots of our conversation for anyone who would like to read it.

    Dear ***,Please take a minute to confirm that you are commenting on the correct company. Neither Casting Calls America, nor any of our local affiliates, call our subscribers with opportunities. Additionally, the only thing our customers will ever pay is their account activation fee and then their monthly subscription. I'm not sure who contacted you, but it certainly wasn't anyone from Casting Calls America. I would be happy to review the screenshots you have to help you confirm that it was not our company that contacted you.

    I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do NOT waste your money, these are scammers who will charge your card multiple times after canceling and removing card information from the website. I ignored the warnings and got scammed dont do the same! Their service is 0/10!

    This person purchased a six-month subscription to our ******* website back in March. At the time of purchase, she was notified that when her six months ended in September, she would be converted to a monthly subscription. She agreed to those terms and subscribed.She created her profile and used our software to submit for various roles.On September 28, her six month subscription was over, and she was converted to a monthly subscription. She was notified in advance by email of this change. If she had canceled her account prior to it converting to a monthly subscription, she would not have been charged.The first attempt to charge the monthly payment failed, and we notified her of it on September 29. Our system tried to rerun her payment on October 2. Again the payment failed and she received another email. On the third attempt the payment went through. Only after the payment went through did she cancel her subscription.She contacted our customer service to complain about being charged, even though she had agreed to the charges when she signed up, and she did not attempt to cancel her subscription until after she had been charged, per her agreement.Though we had no obligation to do so, we fully refunded her monthly charge. Even after we refunded her money, she still wrote this review.

    I'm on their ***** site and love it!Have gotten multiple auditions for films from local filmmakers and especially local and even regional commercials. Have landed a few over the years. Lowest paying job was worth more than I pay for the site in five years. Acting is my yearly gift budget money now. Plus it's fun having friends text me they just saw "my" latest commercial lol Thanks Idaho Casting/Casting Calls America!

    I have been a long standing user of ********************, and have always found the extremely reliable to work with. Their website is extraordinarily user friendly, their billing has always proven reliable and using them has led to multiple acting jobs for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Of all the acting job services that I have used, I have experienced more success using casting calls America than any other. Highly recommended.
