    I ordered a pair of night vision glasses for my parents which they never received. The agent on the phone, who yelled and screamed and refused to resolved issue, said the glasses were placed in mailbox. The delivery stamp, from an Asian carrier I have never heard of **** Express) says delivered front door. There is a discrepancy and no glasses. The company refuses to send another pair or issue a refund.I have never had a customer service agent fight, yell, ****** the way this person did. Unheard of. She said her name is ******** ******.

    I purchased a pair of night vision driving glasses. I am trying to return them (delivery was a week ago). The company website said to simply email to start the return process. I received an automated response that they would get back to me in 24 hours. They did not. I emailed again- no response. I also tried calling twice- you stay on hold until you are disconnected.
