      12/2/22 - Ordered online from hearingassist.com using debit card. Order #**** for $649.99 USD. Shipping document says I have 60 days to return for refund.12/9/22 - Received hearing aids via **** 1/11/23 - Called to request return authorization number as instructed by shipping document; was told I'd be called 1/13/23 - Called; they said would expedite since it's my 2nd call 1/20/23 - Called; they said they'd call me back 1/24/23 - Called and reached after-hours service; they said must call before 5 PM in HQ in **********. But it's only 4:20 PT now!1/25/23 - Husband called. Received return authorization number and instructions to ship the hearing aids back 2/2/23 - *** email confirmed delivery with signature at 12:06 PM local time 3/20/23 - Called; they said it takes ***** days to go through quality control before can issue refund 3/22/23 - ****** left voicemail saying the power charging base was missing and thus the return could not be be processed. I called back & left voicemail explaining there was no power charging base to begin with, only the case that recharges the hearing aids.7/5/23 - Husband called. They said to expect a call from corporate office shortly.10/19/23 - ** call received from corporate office. ** moneys refunded. Called and left voicemail to check status of refund of item returned in January 2023. Gave case ************** cell #.12/7/23 - ** communications or refunds received from HearingAssist.       Purchased Hearing aids for my elderly mother from HearingAssist. They came with a 60 day guarantee to return, and a one-year warranty. She did not find them comfortable to wear and then the left hearing aid stopped working altogether - (would not charge).I can no longer reach them The Website is up but none of the phone numbers connect. The retailer ********* is no help, and was still selling the product, but no one can even tell me if they went out of business. Purchase date 10/23/2023. Receipt below.

      I bought a set of Hearing Assist Stream hearing aids for $649.00 from the ********************** ****************** on December 21, 2022, at 12:47:23 TC# **** **** **** **** **** 1 (receipt ST# ***** OP# ****** TE# ** TR# *****; DISA CODE # ************; HA STREAM 08500714892H). I am trying to reach Hearing Assist Repair, *********************************************************************************, to arrange for a Warranty Repair, but the many numbers listed on the Hearing Assist web sites that I have called say, "This number is currently out of service. Try again later." Is Hearing Assist still in business? Are they having systemic communications problems? Several weeks ago, ****** from Hearing Assist sent a follow-up query to the repair they made to the right hearing aid in August, which I answered very positively, but when the same problem arose with the other device three days ago, I was unable to reach them. Time is short: the one-year warranty runs out in December -- and I need a functioning hearing device. . I have, above, supplied all the data on my receipt, and I hope that is sufficient.t: If I need to send documentation at another time - a photo of the receipt for the original transaction, or a paper copy to a traditional mailing address, PLEASE ADVISE where I can send the supporting documents, if necessary.       I ordered a pair of hearing devices (not prescription devices). I found the company in a Consumers Report article. After contacting them and after being assured I would be able to return the devices if not satisfied, I ordered the pair and wore them for several weeks. I decided I didn't like them, so I followed the instructions I had received in the box and contacted the company to obtain a "return authorization." I was told over the phone to ship them back to the company with a tracking number and enclose my name and phone number in the package. I shipped them back by **** with a tracking number. The tracking sheet shows the parcel was delivered to a parcel locker on August 18, 2023. I have attempted on numerous occasions to contact them by phone to find out the status of my refund. I have managed to reach a live person on one occasion and I was told that someone would call me back within the hour. I received no callback. As far as documentation, I have the letter which was enclosed with the devices when they were shipped to me, a printed copy of the tracking information and my original **** receipt. I will have to research my credit card accounts to find proof of the payment and when that occurred, but I believe it was in late June or early July, 2023.I don't know how to upload those documents but will be happy to do so if instructed on how to do it.

      This complaint involves a subsidiary of Innerscope Hearing Technologies namely Hearing Assist, ***********************************************************************. *****. ************ and ************ and ************. I purchased a set of EAZE hearing aids from Hearing Assist over the internet on Jun 6, 2023 Order #****. They did not work for me so I called and was given an RMA and envelope to send back on Jun 20, 2023 which I did. I sent them back insured and they signed for delivery that they were received on Jun 29, 2023.I was able to communicate by phone about my refund and they assured me it would be processed. It never has been refunded. Now, nobody answers the phone or voice mail and nobody returns contact form inquiries.I even went on radio with The Troubleshooters Show here in ****** with ********************* and complained about Hearing Assist and my missing refund. They tried to call, but nobody answered the phone at Hearing Assist. ********************* had Doc, an attorney and doctor who is his assistant, write emails and he got no answers.Please help or is this company going out of business? I am poor and old and really need this money back.

      On Feb 12,2023 I purchased Hearing Assist HA-802 Rechargeable Hearing Aids thru Amazon.com. I received the hearing aids on Feb 15, 2023. They worked fine until June. At that time it was only the left hearing aid that stopped working. I called and spoke to a customer service rep named ******* who advised me to mail the aid with a letter of explanation to *********** Hearing Technology at ******************************************************************. She further advised that because I was within the one year warranty period there would be no cost to repair or replace the aid. I followed her instructions, then on July 8, 2023 I did receive a replacement order # RMA9577 dated 06/29/2023 indicating a new serial number ***********. I was not charged for this replacement. However as of around late August the left aid started to have feedback, which I could only control by changing the conversation mode to the traffic mode, which is not how it should work. Then the right ear also started having feedback & static. Now the right ear air is not working at all. Incidentally I received an email from address *********************************** on Sept 7 asking me to review the hearing aids. I replied by outlining the original problem and the current problem but have not received a reply. Today Oct 2, I called the following 5 phone numbers but was not able to talk to anyone. The first 3 phone #s only had a recorded message but when I selected an option to speak to someone the call ended.       On June27 2023 I sent my hearing aids in for warranty repair and verified Hearing assist had received them through tracking number and the first phone call. The issue I have is for over 2 weeks we have been calling Hearing assist daily we get no information, I am told that an email is sent to ***************** and they will let me know and seems like nothing is happening..       Im filing this on this companies subsidiary Hearing Assist. Purchased hearing aids 5/4/23, also a warranty. Tried them and found out I did not like the direction of the sound quality. Spoke was ********************* and emailed. Received information to return for my 100% guarantee refund. I returned the product and once I received confirmation of the return and contacted ***** a few days later, she sent me an email saying it takes 45 business days. I said okay. I waited 46 days and contacted ***** and she emailed me back to contact customer service **************. I called on 7/31/23 and spoke with *****************************, I explained what was going on and she said was going to have someone call me back today. My invoice **** for ****** and **** for ******. They use a company Shop Pay which is provided by Affirm to collect funds. Legal action should be taken against this company. They are a subsidiary of InnerScope Hearing Technologies, Inc. located in ********* **. That is where I sent my hearing aids back for my refund, which they received May 25, 2023. Im looking to file complaints with the States *************************** States Attorney General and ************************* Companies like Hearing Assist should not take advantage of the elderly or anyone for that matter.

      Sad story of our problems and difficulty with SP Hearing Assist 10/31/2022 Spoke with agent. Ordered hearing aids. Was assured they were in stock and would arrive in a few days.10/31/2022 **** **** charged $599.99 11/10/2022 No hearing aids. Leaving on extended trip for which hearing aids were purchased. Left message not to ship until we returned 12/15/2022.11/11/2022 Call from someone in **********. Thought we had received the hearing aids. Will look into it and get back to **. Never did 12/29/2022 Had received hearing aids. asked for call back twice. No reply 1/3/2023 Had hearing aids. One was not working. Were unable to get anyone to help. Started process of getting a return authorization 1/6/2023 Can I get a call back??? Have not received any other call from people who said they would call back.1/9/2023 What am I doing wrong???? Hearing aids not working. Want to return 1/18/2023 received a return authorization number from ********. ****** sent a text with return label 1/21/2023 Hearing Aids mailed back with **** return authorization number and label 1/26/2023 **** reported hearing aids delivered at 9:28 am in ********* ** Waited 45 days no refund to **** 3/22/2023 Talked to ****** ************. She will send an email to accounting ***** asking why refund has not been processed. Expect reply in next two weeks. She will call me back with update by next Friday. Never heard back 3/31/2023 left message for ******. No reply 4/26/2023 Talked to ******. Told her I will contact ****, Better Business Bureau and write reviews. She told me since I said this she will contact again and try to speed up process. No reply

      In December, 2022 I ordered (from an ad in the El *********** and received Hearing Assist Devices ##*****## HA-302-Beige. They did not help so I returned them in perfect condition with tracking information and received confirmation from ******* that they were, in fact, received and that a refund of $499.99 to my *********** Venture One Master Card was being processed. It is now March 24, 2023 and I have not received my refund. Calls to the company, in which messages are left, are not answered/returned nor are emails to ************** and ******* at ***************************************************************** returned. I have left, at least, twenty calls and numerous emails to no avail. I believe I have been scammed.
