MCG repaired my siding, roof trim, window trim, and added Vulcan ***** Vents for fire safety. The crew worked hard every day and cleaned up each day. At completion of the project it was quality workmanship and everything was sealed to prevent weather damage to the new wood. The price was reasonable compared to other bids that I had obtained. I would work with *** with any future projects.

**** and his team were total pros start to finish and we couldnt be happier with the results. His communication is clear, timely and keeps you informed on the progression of your project. We updated 12 original windows and a sliding door in our 1957 built home. On two of those windows we opted for picture window style and will say this is a stunning addition to our interior space. Its like the window is now in high definition, sounds corny for sure. Switching from original windows to these new retro fits makes a huge visual impact you can notice from the curb and we of course are excited to see some energy savings going into the hot season. Catching the delta breeze will be easy now that all our screens work and the windows open flawlessly.Modern Construction Group Inc

**** and his team are amazing. They replaced my sliding patio doors with French doors and repainted our house. He and his team and very detailed and mastercraftsmen. **** ensured that the jobs were completed properly and that we were totally satisfied with their work. Weve remodeled our house a little bit at a time, so we have worked with a lot of contractors. Communication is not typically their strength, but **** is super responsive. We had somewhat unique ideas about our siding, and **** found exactly what we wanted. He and his team were always professional, and did quality work. We are super happy with the results. Even after we paid, **** sent his team to do final touches, and then **** came himself. He also had our courtyard painted at no cost. I am so happy to not have that summer project! I will also add that he provided the most detailed quote, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend!Modern Construction Group Inc

Remodeled my laundry room and two upstairs bathrooms. Fair price (substantially lower than two bids from other contractors) and they were able to start my job about a month before the other contractors were. Quality was excellent. I'm planning on remodeling my kitchen within the next few years and I'll definitely be using them again.Modern Construction Group Inc

There arent enough words to adequately express how wonderful **** ***************** team from Modern Construction are! The core of Garys credo is to provide the highest quality of ************ customer satisfaction which he proved to us completely. We needed work on our three story house; paint, siding, dry rot work & new windows. We met with **** one morning & by afternoon we received a quote that was all-encompassing which included detailed description of the scope of work with pictures, description of products to be used & price. His team was polite & extremely hard working from 8am to 5:30 pm six days a week. Work was never delayed because of another customer. We were always treated as a priority. **** came out everyday to check on work & if we had any questions. If anything was not done to our satisfaction, **** would see to it that it was changed - without any contention. They also did extra work that was not listed in the scope of work like extra molding or repairs because **** believes in doing quality work, not what expedient for them. He always puts the customer first. Our house is beautifully done thanks to Modern Construction. Plus **** will come back six months later to see if all the work is still to our satisfaction! Modern Construction is a rare company that fulfills their promises, goes above & beyond to please the customer & takes pride in providing the highest quality of work. We can state without reservation that Modern Construction is THE VERY BEST!Modern Construction Group Inc

We hired Modern Construction Group to remove 2 existing windows and a door and install a new French door where a door did not exist. From beginning to end, **** was prompt, professional, and had great communication. I especially appreciated that we knew when the subcontractors would arrive and how long to expect them in our house. His team worked quickly and did an excellent job with completion. **** came to our house each day of the project, which was reassuring to see his presence with his team. The end result is beautiful. We would absolutely hire Modern Construction Group again.Modern Construction Group Inc
