    Ordered the kitchen knife and received it on November 25, 2023. I opened the knife and cleaned the oil off and placed it in my kitchen drawer. Pulled it out a few days later and noticed the large chip in the end of the blade. I immediately placed the knife back in the box and contacted the company. I have sent (3) separate emails and received nothing back yet. I am worried the refund/exchange window will close and they won't accept my exchange. As of right now I have only had the product for ***** days and their window for exchanges is 30 days. I love the knife and just want the defective one switched out with a working product. I don't think it's a lot to ask and I have been waiting almost (5) days on a response from their help center. Please help me get this switched out if possible.

    I have already received my replacement and I really do feel I jumped the gun in my fear of not being able to exchange the item within the 30 day window. Cuso Cuts far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been more wrong in my filing with the BBB I am happy to say. Thank you for your assistance but I feel this company would've treated me the same whether I contacted the BBB or not as there response came the morning after the night I filed the initial complaint. All in all I one hundred percent give the resolution they offered 5 stars and I will be continuing to purchase their products in the future. Please feel free to share my experience with anybody and everybody as if given enough time to address issues this company will make things right and does good business.
