    *******,
We contracted with you to repair one area of dry rot and broken tiles. Our contract was very specific as to what repairs we were making. We completed the work exactly as our contract stated. You asked us to complete additional work. We advised you that you would need to get a termite inspection to identify all areas of dry rot. Once you had the inspection, we could provide an estimate on the additional work but this was not part of our contracted work. You wanted us to do the additional work for free. To be able to stay in business, we cannot do work for free.
