    I spent 359$ for a hidden camera to monitor my home and yet it doesn't work. Did all the troubleshooting and everything. I asked for a refund and was denied from the company, stating it was against their policy to give refunds for hidden cameras due to their nature. I could see that if I had actually used it but it does not work. So basically this company sells faulty equipment and then aren't willing to correct the issue. I dont want an exchange for something else that won't work. I want my money back.

    To whom it may concern:


    ******** ordered a hidden camera, which is not returnable for a refund due to the nature of the product. However, because she is claiming it does not work, we would be more than happy to exchange the item for a new one or a different item. Also, ******** stated that she didnt use this item, but how does she know it doesnt work if she never used it? 


    We have this policy in place because we have had customers use our hidden cameras to catch who they need, then send them back when they no longer need them. We are not a rental service, and we have these policies in place to stay in business. Please see our return policy.

    This company falsely advertises their products. They claim 4k resolution. This is a flat out lie. They claim it will stream in 4k and record in **** at 30fps. The reality is it is a 720p camera that can record a *** of 15fps. In software theyre up scaling the resolution to simulate streaming of 4k but this is not actually 4k, it is upscaled 720p. The picture is so blurry it makes the camera useless as a security camera. When I asked them prior to the order shipping they assured me it would record in ****p at 30fps. This is a dishonest company falsely advertising and then make you pay to return when you discover they lied. Buyer beware. Shady companies like this need to not exist. If their cameras can record in **** at 30fps, lets see the proof. Im a photographer and cinematographer. I know some things about cameras. This is a 720p sensor and literally cannot do 4k let alone **** as they claim.

    This irate customers statement is completely false and inaccurate. The customer is refusing to change any of the settings to put this camera into a higher resolution. this camera comes in 720P HD by default, but but can be changed to 1080P up to 4K streaming. He is unwilling to listen to our tech supports advice and is completely ignoring our instructions on how to fix this issue. Seems this guy know nothing about cinematography as he claims.

    Also, we are providing a free return label, so the customer is incorrect about making him pay to return the item. Seems this customer is trying to slander our business with his lies and deceiving comments.
