    On 10/19/2023 I purchased a set of *** rock sliders with tread plates, powder coated black from Patriot Off-Road and paid $1,520.00 on my Master Card including $330.00 for labor (ARD# ******);{their order number] to be fitted on my 2023 ****** Tundra double cab. I had not received any communication from them on the delivery of the rock sliders or when they would be installed for a couple of weeks so I stopped by their shop and spoke with a young man [I do not recall his name]. he stated that the order had been placed and there was some kind of delay on the delivery of the rock sliders. I know these kinds of things happen so I said I would be back next week to check on it. The following week I stopped by again I spoke with another person [not the same person] and he explained that *** was having some kind of a labor issue and that was delaying the production an delivery of the rock sliders. I understand that these conditions are beyond the control of their business and I said I would come back and check again the following week.Unfortunately, on 11/23/2023 [Thanksgiving Day] I was involved in a traffic collision. My Tundra was hit on the passenger side and was later declared a total loss.I went to Patriot Off-Road on 2/7/2024 at approximately 11:30 a.m. to inquire about the delivery of the *** Rock Sliders I had purchased so they could be installed on my new Tundra, unfortunately the shop was closed. There were no lights on and the doors were locked. I stopped by again the next day [2/8/2024] to attempt contact again at approximately 1:30p.m. The shop was still closed At this point I am just looking to get the *** rock sliders I ordered installed as soon as possible. If they still have not been delivered, it's been nearly four months since I placed and paid for the order and I would prefer that my credit card be reimbursed. There is no signage on the door or anywhere around the building saying they are closed, out of business or anything.
