Refund and Exchange Policy
Each VOIP phone, router, and switch goes through a rigorous testing process and comes with a 90-day warranty (extended warranties available).



If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is within 15 days of delivery, and the product was sold from existing inventory, we will accept the return of the working item in the same condition and packaging it was received. After 15 days we will offer a replacement or a refund depending on our stock.



All sales are final for special orders that are not from our existing inventory.



Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any freight charges on all returns. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number and authorization.



All physical and/or cosmetic damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of equipment or warranty will be voided.



Warranty covers DOA equipment or equipment failing to perform to manufacturer's specifications. Warranty does not cover damage and/or misuse due to inappropriate installation and/or operation of the equipment.
