    We bought a portable AC unit model AC14MWS back on May *******. It was making a noise when we took it out of the box, but we got busy with farming and did not get it back to the store with in the 30 days. After several attempts to contact the company on the phone and through their e-mail at ********************************** and getting no response from them we took it apart. We found that the exhaust fan swirl cage was made wrong and rubbing on the housing. Tried contacting them several more times to buy the fan swirl cage but they won't respond. We have tried sending them several e-mails to the ********************************** but always get a message back undeliverable.
