    I purchased merchandise from chica, this company was supposed to be my broker, they contacted me to sign the power of attorney and billed me for over 2k and when it was time to clear custom they said, they werent not responsible for that, I dont know if this is legal but this company should be investigated, they dont tell you what theyre doing until they get your money and you are stuck with the situation, they charge fees that theyre not supposed to, literally they are scamming from left to right like nothing, they dont even have a phone line where yo can call, they have a manage not never responded to my emails, I dont know how this company still operating, dont used them this is a scam this company is a scam, how they get clients I dont know how shipping companies are contacting them.

    This is a freight forwarding company. This companies consistently tries to collect 3rd party charges at an inflated price. Refuses to send supporting documentation for the charges they are trying to collect. Threatens to not release shipments that have no bearing. And when proof is sent to them they refuse to correct their invoice.
