    To whom it may concerns, I need to complaint about this company MrBoss *** not filling the manufacture warranty for the product called Thermal receipt printer I purchased from Amazon on 12/17/2022 and Following is the detail of the transaction and complaint: 1.Date of the Transaction From Amazon: 12/17/2022 (order#***-***5621-4789012)2.The amount of money I paid: $217.74 The Thermal receipt printer broke in 6 months around June 2023; I contacted the Mr Boss company seller on 7/17/2023 asking about how we can get Replacement of the product since The product still has Manufacture Warranty covered up to December 2023; I was told by the company through amazon Chat to contact their after-Service Team by email ********************* on 7/25/2023. I emailed the staff with all the problems of the machine showing machine has broken down and not working and I need the replacement since we have to use it in our business; The staff reply on 7/26/2023 whose name is *********************** said they cannot fix through the email; I have to send back the machine to their Warehouse for them to fix it; They claimed they cannot send replacement unless they received the old machine. However when I checked on Amazon, the product is already not available for sale; I asked the team, how you can send me the replacement when the product is not even available? They still told me to send back the machine for them to check and said the warehouse still has the printer in stock; They provided me to send the machine to their warehouse: *************** at *********************************************************************************, Phone Number: ***********.I shipped by the package through *** on 8/8/2023 with Tracking Number 1Z37Y46A0352142781. I paid $31.87 on the shipping without signature required, so that *** can just drop off the package on the location; I Emailed them the tracking number with notes for them to track the package to inform the package will be delivered on Monday 8/14/2023; However on the date of Delivery 8/14/2023, I got notification from *** tracking that when the *** tried to leave or deliver the package to the warehouse on 12:00 noon, the Receiver refused to accept the package, claiming they never ordered the package; on 8/14/2023 at 5: 56 pm, I emailed the Mr Boss after services team and also contact them on Amazon Chat told them they cannot ask customer to send back the product and meanwhile they want to refuse the package because they don't want to fix or send me the replacement of the product; The seller did not solve any problem, instead they complaining about *** delivery the package on their lunch break when the staff is on lunch break between 12:00 to 12:30; I explained to them *** said the package doesn't need signature, Unless someone refused the package, otherwise *** will always able to deliver the package to the location, in this case, the warehouse staff refused to accept the package because they are on lunch break, now the package will be returned to the sender since they refused to take it; The seller asked me to contact *** resend again meanwhile finding all excuses about their staff is on lunch break between 12:00 to 12: 30 each day; I explained to the seller, the package Can be delivered without signature As long as they donot reject the package; they asked me to contact *** to resend the package; they did not solve problem; but they complaining about *** staff; but actually *** has proof that MR boss warehouse staff refused to take the package; So I contacted *** again for them to redeliver the package and the package was set to redelivery the next day 8/15/2023, However on 8/15/2023 at 11:23 AM, *** sent message on tracking that the receiver refused the package again when *** staff try to redeliver the Package, now the package will be returned to sender. I contact the seller and after services team again told them they cannot keep rejecting the package and later on claiming they never receive the package and then Not fulfilling the warranty just because they are the one REFUSED TO accept the package Twice when *** try to deliver the package . They are scamming the customer and try to make the customer keep paying the shipping until customer gave up on asking for replacement of the product even though the product still has Warranty until December 2023; This is a Scam; Seller did not solve the problem at All, during the Amazon chat conversation, they complained about ***, they complaint about we as customer, they even asked me to complaint to *** about this and call their warehouse staff *************** to make sure she is there in the warehouse when *** is delivering the package; I told them I don't work for your company NOR ***, by the way the phone number they provide *************** *********** is not working, *********** itself it scamming the customer and do not want to send replacement for the product; pushing responsibility around to customer and *** because they want us to keep paying for the shipping and each time is $31 and they will keep refusing the package until we get frustrate and give up; I emailed the seller that the legitimate company is the company should be flexible to customer , but not pushing responsibility around back to the customer; I told them that they need to talk to the owner or Supervisor of the company to make exception for me as customer, since they are the one Refusing the return package Twice; and I as customer did not do anything wrong but did follow the direction of them returning the package; however they are the one refused to accept the return to the warehouse but refusing the package; I offer them solution:1)Send me the replacement 2)Send me the Pre-Paid shipping label for me to send back the old machine once I received it since they kept complaining about the carrier; 3)If the product no longer available, then cannot send me the replacement, I need the refund back Plus the shipping I paid with total$$217.74+$31.87= Total $249.61 I need the replacement since the the Manufacture Warranty is valid until 12/17/2023. *********** refused to send replacement but keep refusing to accept my return of old machine to their warehouse so they can say they ever received the package; Please advocate for us as customer; this is very frustrating; thank you!
