Sayed was very informative during the entire repair process. He gave us an accurate estimate during every step of the process, and was extremely thorough with both the diagnosis of the problem and the subsequent repair. He realigned the door of our refrigerator for free, replaced a broken switch in our freezer, and thawed the water line to the ice maker. He was easy to talk to and very up front with what we should expect from each step. He answered each of our questions competently and kindly; he didn't brush off any of our concerns or questions, and was very respectful. If I could give more than five stars, I would! My ** dryer was turning off after a couple of minutes. Sayed diagnosed that it was a soft wear problem that only happened when I used the normal setting but was okay for the other settings. He said I could replace the circuit panel for a bunch of money or just use the other setting or manual timer. I chose the work around.
