BZB Express offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for all products we sell, except for special orders or labor. Shipping is non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the return. Prior to returning any unit(s), an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued by BZB Express via phone or email.
Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all accessories and original packaging. Otherwise, returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped in a double box to prevent damage during transit, which may result in additional deductions if the product is damaged. Products damaged by the customer will be returned at the customer’s expense without a refund.
