      I received a faulty defective bumpboxx speaker that made hissing and static noise while playing music . The Bumpboxx company refused my full refund and charged me a restocking fee of 15% to restock a faulty item back onto their shelves to resell .

      I got my bumpboxx 3 years back and only used to 3 times. I called customer service and nothing. Don't buy **********************.

      The company is terrible. They don't honor their warranty if you order through amazon or third psrty dealers. But they don't post on Amazon about their warranty. I used my bumpboxx 5 or 6 times and it stopped working. I am well within my warranty but they won't honor it because it came from Amazon. What is deceiving is that Amazon has a whole bumpboxx store. Prices are the same and everything. DO NOT BUY BUMPBOXX. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

      I bought a total of 3 Bumpboxx flare 8s, 1 flare 6 *** 2 Beepers from Les *********************** in ********* ** and 2 of the Flare 8s stopped working after 4 months, total waste of time trying to get the company to fix them even tho speakers are still under warranty, *************************** refused to repair or replace the manufacturer issues, don't waste your money on Bumpboxx.

      I cant even get a battery for my bumpboxx, its just a fancy box that doesnt play music now. They wont even try to help you, dont buy from this greedy company unless you want a useless box after a couple years and absolutely horrible customer service with any problems you have on the box.
