All materials sold by Sactown Pros have a manufactures warranty for the period stated by the manufacture of the product. Customer supplied parts will be installed, at the customers own risk, with out warranty from Sactown Pros and is non-refundable. No cash refunds, in-store credit will be given at the managers discretion on special orders, tint deposits, and materials purchased. Special orders will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Labor is non-refundable, and exchanges will be made at the discretion of the manager for products that are with-in the manufactures warranty period only. Product out of warranty will be sent out for repair at the customers expense (shipping charges will apply and are nonrefundable).
