      On 2/26 I paid for a car transport service through copart online called *** to transport a vehicle for me from little rock to Metairie .. it has been over 8 days now and my money is tied up .. and I dont have any answers as to when they actually plan on picking up and delivering my vehicle .. plus they have tied up around $2000 of my money between the cost of the vehicle and the shipping cost and it will take 30 days for a refund if I cancel.. I had other transport companies call me one day ago and offer to ship it within 1-2 days for twenty dollars more than I paid for *** to ship it . It's sad that a 400 mile transport can be done in 8 hrs and Rcg hasn't even giving a timeframe for a delivery... I don't think people should give them any money or business and force them to close their doors..

      I, ******* ****, hired RCG Logistics on 9/16/24 for transporting a vehicle from a car salvage auction in *******, ***The vehicle was to be delivered from ** to *********, ** and was picked up on 9/25/24 and delivered on 10/1/24.The vehicle had its front and rear bumpers, as well as interior carpet trim removed and placed about 8 feet away from it at the auction yard. *** had committed to deliver the vehicle and all its removed parts from ** to **. These parts were photographed alongside the vehicle pictures and photos were given to *** by the auction company. Upon delivery, **** contracted transporter did not bring the additional aforementioned pieces with him. He defended his action by saying that the parts were not with the vehicle at the yard the vehicle was located. *** was still responsible to find these parts and bring them to me as per shipping contract. Upon talking with the yard manager, he investigated and talked to several of his employees about the transporters claims. All auction yard employees reported that the additional pieces were with the vehicle and the transporter never made an attempt to look for those pieces. He simply loaded the vehicle up and left the facility. I have written emails as proof of all these **************** talking with *** in attempts to resolve this issue, they simply refused responsibility for their transporters negligence.I would like these pieces picked up by *** and delivered to me in *********, as a resolution.Upon talking to
