    This company provides personal information about me and makes money off of it. They charged random people to be able to look me up and see personal information about me which puts my safety and privacy in danger. This is going to be my only attempt at request a removal of all personal information about me from their website and PERMANENTLY suppress that information from showing up on their website again as well as being sold to other parties. If my information shows up on their website again I will contact my lawyer to bring a legal case again them and I will reach out to the appropriate governmental agency to request further investigations into the companys business practices.

    This company has consistently provided misleading information to my employer and the information has caused me to lose my jobs. This company has claimed that I had no proof of auto insurance that would allow me to maintain my independent contract status. By providing misleading information and misleading statements have caused me to lose several jobs. I have provided these companies with proof of insurance and have also offered to have the company contact my insurance company but every time my insurance company verified my insurance status, this company would provide false claims. I have also tried contacting the company by phone regarding this issue but most of phone contacts and answering services are outside *****************. So the company makes it impossible for an individual to speak with a person or with the company associate. The company recommends contacting them by email just to avoid confronting them about these misleading information. The company also outsourced these telephone calls which most companies are now using this strategy to evade detection and States and Federal laws and regulations. These fraudulent practices have become increasingly common among companies by outsourcing their services to allow them to mistreat ***************** and customers. Background checks or Checkers as they are called have the head quarters I believe they are located in ********** and whenever you try to contact them, they have made it impossible. You would most likely be talking to answering service. I would wish that the *** for this this would be invited by congress to go in ************ to discuss this matter and answer questions. Because the issue is effecting so many Americans and providing misleading information and misleading statements can definitely destroy a persons credibility and career. What Checkers or Background has done to many people can cause hardships for families and can lead to homelessness. My hope is that I pray that this issue can be exposed.
