      8/8 a technician came out to measure our door. He told me this was not their busy season and the doors were being manufactured very fast. 10/3 signed estimate and purchased door. 8 days went by before I realized nobody had reached out to me regarding a timeline. I felt that this was a little sketchy so I reached out myself. I actually had to reach out to the technician who was the one who came to measure our door, **********, for help (text messaged him on 10/11). He told me he would get someone to call me right away to schedule. On 11/24 I reached out to **** AGAIN about not having anything scheduled. I then received a phone call from **** saying I would be scheduled to have my door installed on 12/20 but was assured it would be installed before then, this was just an estimate and that it would definitely not take that long. On 12/7 I received a phone call from Mikes Mobile receptionist that stated my door would not be installed on the 20th but rather, the 26th because my door was not delivered yet. At this point I decided to start speaking with *** (GM) to let him know my frustrations. Again on 12/23, three days before install, I was told it would be pushed to January 6th. Then SHOCKER, today I was called by ******* and said it would be January 12th. The person I spoke with today informed me that my door was delivered on the 12/23 so Im not sure why the 12/26 and 1/6 installations were rescheduled. Regardless if Mikes Mobile is lacking technicians or just doesnt give a ****, you would think I would be allowed to cancel my order, right? WRONG. In another turn of unfortunate events, I was told today that I cant get ANY refund and I can not cancel my order. I have left a message for *** (general manager) and was told that he would call me right back but that did not happen. Really sad I am stuck with paying and working with this company.
