      Blueprint plumbing was retained to fix a leak in our water pump. They charged us $500 but didnt fix the leak. Two days later we have NO water pressure. ** wont come out to fix it unless I pre approve a charge for $3200. They should fix their mess for free. I said I would sue them they just said all right.

      Customer: **** ******* hired ********************** to repair a cracked pipe on discharge side of pressure pump. On the am of September 30th 2024 a technician arrived at his residence to make the repair, technician addressed and completed repair with sch. 80 pipe and fittings (better material than existing white sch. 40). Technician took before and after photos also pressurized entire system to ensure no more leaks also nothing visually concerning noted. Approximately a week later we received a call that there was a new leak. Technician drove out to residence and verified new leak is on a different part of plumbing system. Our initial repair was not leaking. Technician explained to customer: **** ******* that his ******************** system is failing and partial repipe/relocation is necessary. (pictures of conversation uploaded). Customer: **** Heriech refuses to pay his $450.00 invoice for completed work and also declined estimate to properly fix plumbing problems.(pictures of unpaid invoices and declined estimate uploaded) Customer: **** ****** insists that since we were the last ones to touch the plumbing that we are responsible for all new leaks and pipes breaking. Last phone call with Customer: **** ******* is recorded with him saying quote "Alright ill see you in court, also i will trash your reputation on the internet" (recording uploaded). Blueprint plumbing has been extremely professional with every customer in every situation. If we broke something making a repair we would fix it for free, we take full responsibly. However This is not the case, **** ******* is trying to get free work and and is threatening to ruin our reputation online by leaving bad reviews and false claims.

      I am rejecting this response because:it is disingenuous 

      plumbing leaked the day after blueprints was out not a week later as they stated

      they refused to go back out unless I guaranteed a payment of 3200

      they should have gone out for free they were holding me for ****** since I am out of town

      They were rude and unprofessional

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They did not back up their work.  When initiallyinformed that they had caused a massive leak they said they would only go back if I guaranteed a $3200 payment in advance.  Second the water company has sent a $350 bill for the leak.  I have asked BluePrint plumbing to pay it because they caused the leak.  They have not responded.
