On 10/24/24 I attended ***** ********* concert with my girlfriend in ******************** at **** and the tickets were $145.26 total. It said the show is at 8pm on our tickets and ***** hadnt even shown up when it was 11pm. Everything is circled in the pictures attached. We showed up before 8 and they had the corniest openers perform that were not even close to *****. It was like an adult talent show. The talent show was not worth the money we paid for. It was late and we didnt have hope ***** would come out to perform since the dj kept walking off the set multiple times to talk to them backstage and would come back looking like she got no answer. She looked very awkward trying to entertain the crowd by herself. She was playing random music from different genres with different vibes. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. We did not come to hear RANDOM SONGS. I remember typing WHATS THE UPDATE ON ***** on my phone in big words to hold it up to the dj and she said sorry about ***** guys, hes downstairs but maybe if you guys get a little louder he might come up. What!??This was our worst concert experience and Ive been to many. I couldnt add the video but its at 10:30 of the stage being empty of ***** and we held up until 11pm because the stage was empty. It was just the dj so we left.I also sent *********************************** an email on 10/25/24 and still no response.Initial Complaint

On January 30th of 2023 I purchased tickets to their ***************** concert in ********** that was going to occur in May of that year. They ended up postponing the concert to August and giving the option to either transfer our tickets to the concert in 2024 or use the tickets for the new date in August so I decided to transfer my tickets to the next year. On January 22, 2024 I received my rollover confirmation for the tickets but on April 19th just 2 weeks before the concert they announced their postponement for a second year in a row to August of 2025, over a year later. They sent out emails offering a refund, however because my tickets were rollover tickets they refused to give me a refund for them. I didn't understand this because I may not have purchased my tickets this year but I still paid for tickets to the festival and never received them or had the chance to attend the festival due to postponement and cancellations. I just want a refund back, I don't want to attend any of their events moving forward so their offer to rollover my tickets a second time is invalid for me. I had an email thread going between me and the organizers about the issue but they just told me it was policy to not refund rollover tickets. When I asked them if they could provide me with information on the policy since it was not posted anywhere public, I never received an email back after. They have been really inconsistent with their communication and customer service through this time and while I understand the high volume of claims with their department I don't understand not hearing a response for weeks.Initial Complaint

Date of original transaction: 3/24/23.Purchased festival tickets and parking passes from ***************** (ENT Legends Concerts) as well as parking passes for the festival.Festival was cancelled and tickets were pushed to the rescheduled 2023 concert in August which was also cancelled. Then my tickets were pushed to the rescheduled 2024 concert which was cancelled on 4/19. (see instagram post).I never received an email from the venue. The ***************** festival was supposed to take place in 2023, venue pushed things back to 2024 and now aren't offering a refund. They are saying that if we purchased tickets in 2023 and rolled over we are not entitled to a refund which is crazy because we spent over $500. They new marketplace "Lyte" which is handling the tickets aren't allowing us ticket holders to process a refund. SAD!!!!!Initial Complaint

Purchased tickets on 1/30/23 for ***************** concert that was going to be held April 29th - 30th. Saw ********************* instagram post that the date of the concert has been postponed due to flooding. (although when I drove pass Discovery Park, I saw no flooding) Date of concert is now moved to August 19th-20th. The company messaged that if we want a refund to submit form by April 21st and that we will receive our refund within 14 business days after April 21st. My refund form was submitted on April 10th. It's been well over 14 business days and I have not received a refund, nor a response by the vendor. I've emailed them on April 18th, May 8th and May 11th. I've also sent messages to their instagram page. Still no reply. A lot of people are in the same boat as me. We all would like our refund.Initial Complaint

ENT Legends hold an event called Solblume, said event was supposed to happen on the dates of April 29th-30th of this year. Due to weather and flooding at the venue they decided to push back the event till august and since they did that they offered people refunds for their tickets. I opted for the refund option and was told refunds would be processed 14 business days after April 21st. It is now close to almost a month since that date and the company ENT Legends or the event Solblume has yet to issue any statements regarding the refund process or give any updates. they have removed their contact information from their website and no longer have the speak to a representative option, Im going to dispute my purchase made with the company but also wanted to file a complaint because this is completely unethical and unprofessional. They are keeping hostage thousands of peoples money.Initial Complaint

The ***************** concert that was to take place on April 29th and 30th was rescheduled due to flooding in the park. On April 7 this was emailed to ** and explained that we options. Either sell your ticket, request a refund, or keep the ticket for the new date. On that same day I requested a refund for my VIP ticket that I purchased. I have emailed them; several people have left comments on their Instagram page but no response of an update.Initial Complaint

*** Bume is a festival that was set for the end of April. 2 weeks before the festival, they canceled it and told us that we would be receiving refunds 21 days after we requested for one which was requested on April 21st. They have not let out any statements, no refunds have been given out yet. I have multiple friends who have not received any refund and also have seen multiple people complain under their comment section on instagram. They just scammed thousands of people out of money and it is not fair!Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 tickets (including 2 shuttle passes) $629.48 on 1/30/23 to attend SolBlume music festival scheduled for 4/29/23-4/30/23. On 4/7/23, ticket purchasers were emailed regarding the music festival being rescheduled to 8/19/23-8/20/23 with information on how to request a refund. I submitted a refund request and was informed that the refund would arrive by 5/12/23 the latest. It is now 5/15/23 and I have not received my refund. Numerous ticket purchases have flooded the SolBlume instagram page with similar stories of not receiving a refund as promised. ENT legends concerts is the business that is organizing the SolBlume festival and has not released any public posts about the missing refunds and have not replied to any of the complaints on social media regarding the missing refunds. This business is not issuing refunds as promised and is silent about addressing the issue.
