Governor ****** allocated $24,000,000 for fee waivers for all educator exams. This company has partnered with ******* Vue to defraud the state by failing test takers by demanding double payment for these exams, like I was in June 2023 and by strategically disqualifying exams. This is an extremely stressful process. I received an email that my test that was taken on February 3, 2024 had been reviewed by the technical team and that my entire answer had been submitted. On the date that the scores were supposed to be reported, I did not receive my scores and was told that it was because there was an anomaly and they were only reporting tests that had not been affected. The email I received on the 12th contradicts what they told me. I was forced to reschedule to retake this test without any feedback about my performance on the first assessment. I have asked to have that exam reviewed since they confirmed that my test was not affected. This is a ploy by the partnership of ******* Vue and CA Subject Examinations for Teachers to milk as much of the $24,000,000 as they can since there are not even people interested in taking the exams. Educators are leaving the profession by the droves and this doesn ot make it any better. I wrote a solid response and I want the results. There is something fishy going on and I am submitting complaints to the governor's and AG's offices.
