    I am filling a complaint against *** Cremation in ********** and a store employee named "***** ". The store employee named "***** " is deliberately withholding the death certificate of my sister, " ************************************* ". We have called and asked in person, I have emailed her several times and she is no longer responding and refuses to disclose her supervisor's name or contact info of the owner of ABC Cremation society on Elder creek Rd in **********.She stated to my mother, who is also *********'s Mother, that " she did not believe I was even her sister." which is an outrage. " ***** " was provided the death certificates from the ********** of ******* according to them, on October 6th. Today is Nov. 1st and they are still refusing to give myself and my family the death certificates or a refund for the money they charged us. According to the website we were supposed to be provided 1 free certificate with the amount we spent on the cremation. After that we were charged for 3 more certificates. They have had the certificates since Oct 6th and have been illegally withholding them from myself and my Mother, *********************************, and the rest of my family. This is bad business at the least.
