    I inquired about ordering a custom phone case in dec 2024 because a friend had purchased one about a year prior. Ayvuh informed me she was still selling them and we proceeded with the order. She informed me that she required payment up front because shes been scammed in the past, so I paid up front. She told me it would take about a week to make and ship. After several weeks she let me know the case was finished and she just wasnt able to get to the post office. She offered to have a friend drop it off instead of mailing it (not sure why the friend would not take her to the post office instead of driving 90 miles to drop off an order) I let her know I was not comfortable with that and would rather have it shipped. She then began saying her instagram DMs were not working (where weve been communicating) and asked for my email to send the tracking number. I sent it and it received nothing. More days pass and I ask for updates and she is not providing. She asked for my email again after I asked for a refund after over a month passed since the initial order. She says shes sending the tracking as well as refunding me by the end of the day, I still have not received a refund or tracking. Ive requested the amount back on the original payment method (cash app) and she has ignored this. Ive send multiple messages which she has ignored while viewing my instagram posts. I just want my order or a refund.
