    My experience through this business is through their service for playing Final Fantasy 14-- they host the region's servers. Over the past three weeks a specific node located in has experienced major congestion that results in significant packet loss, making the game unplayable. There is ample evidence of this through a wave of trace-logs users, including myself, have shared online. The response thus far is to contact either my ISP provider and/or Square Enix. After sharing my trace-logs with both, it is evident that their "side" of the work is fulfilled properly, with the issue being the peering handoff once reaching NTT servers. In fact it is a single node, operated by NTT global, that is the source of the problem. I do not feel right continuing to pressure my ISP to "do something" when it is NTT hardware failing to handle online traffic: my ISP provider has been forthcoming with explaining this. I will await a response, but until that response comes from NTT with a timeline of when this issue might be resolved, I am faced with discontinuing my business with the other two companies involved, as doing so is the only way to cease my interaction with NTT. Though I understand there are NDA's present between the various companies involved with NTT, I will be satisfied with a resolution that includes a timeline and a more transparent response overall.
