      We have purchased our contractors bond through this company three consecutive renewals now. The last one being in November 2022, and sent a check in which was cashed and cleared on their end for a 3 year renewal. I received an email a few days ago from the company telling us that our bond was about to expire and it was due to be paid. I followed up over the last three days attempting to call their telephone number multiple times throughout the day in which no one answers the phone or returns my voicemail. I then followed up with an email per the instructions on the voicemail. If no one gets back to you showing the clear check asking why they were telling us our bond was about to expire when they cashed a check for three-year renewal and also asking questions about why that bond shows it was canceled and a new bond with a new company that we did not sign up for Had taken its place. That was three days ago and **** who manages or owns Im not sure the cc I asked did not return any voicemails or emails. I am going to have to get my bond somewhere else through a company that isnt doing fraudulent action and I want my $458 back for the three-year renewal I just paid for

      We regret the frustration that our customer experienced but are pleased to report the matter was resolved and unfortunately resulted from a misunderstanding as to her coverage.   On that note, we want to clarify the facts and circumstances surrounding her complaint. *********************** submitted payment via **** for a 3-year bond renewal for $458 for her company, SUPERIOR STUCCO & STONE. ********** received and timely processed that renewal payment.  A confirming receipt was provided along with a copy of the policy. During that time frame, Superior Stucco & ******'s prior bond provider Navigators Insurance Company sent the client a cancellations/nonrenewal notice since Navigators was leaving the California Bond market.  In light of that change,  California Contractors Insurance Services, placed the bond renewal with *************************.  With this, the client did not sustain any business interruption and received the complete coverage they purchased.  The only change was the carrier.  We have contacted the claimant and clarified this issue.  We again apologize for any inconvenience which may have occurred to the claimant.
