    I signed up for a membership with this business back in October 2023 and was told to email them to cancel within 30 days. On October 31, ******************************************* December. The gym charged my credit card on November 28th for my last payment. Fast forward 7 months later, I started attending the class again, but without a membership and through a new avenue. When I looked my credit card statement this month, I was charged $890 for late fees and past dues, from December 2023 - August 2024. This gym is scamming its customers and make it difficult to try and cancel their subscription. I called to explain the situation, but they said they never cancelled my membership due to a late payment. The monthly membership is $59, so I don't understand where this $890 came from. I did not authorize this payment or consent to continue my membership, which they automatically enrolled me back in once they charged my card. There is no option on their app or website to cancel. You must call the business to cancel and do not wish to speak to them any further.I would like a refund for my money and better business practices by this company in the future. I have uploaded the email stating that I was cancelling and that they would only charge me for one month of membership. I was charged on Nov 28 for my last payment.

    ****** emailed us upon her card being charged and we swiftly refunded her the wrongly charged amount. Her account had accrued months of past due payments that were not accurate because she did communicate with us to cancel her membership, but we failed to cancel her membership effectively.

    I signed up for a recurring subscription with cyclebar and have tried repeatedly to get this cancelled with no avail. I cannot cancel it in their app though of course I could change my subscription to be more expensive. Leaving voicemails hasn't worked. Sending messages hasn't worked. I haven't used my subscription since April and no one has checked in or responded to me.
