On Wednesday May 21, an email went out from Results Transformation Center stating there were special 75 minute workouts scheduled for Sunday May 25 and Monday May 26 that are free for members (a $200 a month fee) and $20 for guests. The entire week of May 19, these classes were advertised and encouraged to go to with no mention of a fee in addition to the regular membership fees. Upon arrival to the gym on May 25, members were told that it would be $15 to attend that day. Some members were not told and were charged after the fact. When I brought this up to the owner of the gym, he said the email was wrong. I mentioned that it was false advertising and he told me to find another gym. Instead of correcting the issue and refunding members for the charge, the owner said we shouldnt expect things for free, although we all pay membership fees for these classes and they were specifically advertised as free both in person all week, on the app, on the whiteboard, and through email. It is unacceptable to charge for a free class at the last minute as a bait and switch tactic to get extra money out of members. Members who paid for this class should be refunded and this institution should cease false advertising.

November 21,2023 I informed the company I was canceling my membership, spoke with someone who cancelled the account she said, got a follow up email confirming cancellation. Was charged for December and again today, the change today came with an email stating they were unable to process the change give them a new number to charge which lead to me filing a fraud charge with my bank ***************** because they had already illegally taken money in December then again today followed up with oh we didn't get our money trying to charge another account as well. I have attached screenshots of both emails as proof of the fraud. ***************** is investigating as I am submitting this complaint
