Called *** because I thought I had a major foundation problem. Not only did he take my call on a Saturday morning, he explained that my problem was not with my foundation, at all, that my concrete porch, which was not part of the foundation, was sagging from the weight of the massive overhang. He talked me through a couple of quick solutions that I could handle myself. He could very easily have come out and charged me a service fee for diagnosing the problem and then offered to complete the repair with a very expensive price tag. A true professional. I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT CALL HIM WHEN IN NEED OF FOUNDATION WORK.

This is a true account of my experience in dealing with Pinnacle Home Services and ******************?Pinnacle Home Services aka Pinnacle Pest Control aka Foundation Fixed. In summary I was basically scammed. The results they promised both verbally and in their contract were never going to be achieved using the methods they proposed. ??My property had a sinking foundation and they proposed lifting the sub-floors to remedy it. Telling me this will somehow improve my foundation and take the weight from exterior load bearing walls. Do what?! You may think thats crazy, but how was I supposed to know? I trusted this company as the expert. ?After much thorough research, speaking to engineers and 3 other foundation companies, researching the products he used, turns out what he did was NEVER going to work in the way he described.??And that is exactly why I ended up with distorted sub-floors.??They lifted the sub-floors so much they completely bowed my flooring to the point it was starting to split at the seams and made it COMPLETELY impossible to lay any flooring down. ??Prior to their work I had no flooring issues, now I have lots. They literally did not fix one single thing but caused a whole new problem.??They pulled no permits nor involved a 3rd party structural engineer to verify their plans or work. To the contrary he admitted while two other witnesses were present how he recommends crawl jacks so he can skirt around getting a permit. We could not believe our ears.??This contractor has ********************************************************************************* two cases where fraud/misleading practices were involved.I hate posting negative reviews, but what theyre doing is no joke, messing with peoples housing structures like this. I would hate for this to happen to another innocent homeowner.I feel scammed.

Pinnacle Home Services, and its affiliated companies, service hundreds of satisfied customers each month. From time to time, an inadvertent mistake is made, and we work diligently to resolve it. This, however, is not one of those instances, and I feel compelled to respond to the false and inaccurate information provided in this complaint.
This person, who claims to have relied completely on Pinnacle Home Services, provided us with a report from a licensed structural engineer prior to contracting us, whose only recommendation was to patch the cracking in the foundation. Our recommendation, much more comprehensive in its scope, provided stabilization of the foundation with some levelness correction. Nowhere in our written agreement do we state that we would fix the foundation.
A permit was discussed, this property owner declined to have us obtain a permit stating he did not want to spend the money since he was flipping the property.
The only reason the floors appeared worse is because we were not given the opportunity to complete our work. The appropriate height adjustments would have been made prior to the completion of the project.
The violations mentioned in this complaint are all from one case, and they pertain to missing contract language. There is only one case, not two. There are no fake reviews, all reviews are from satisfied Pinnacle Home Services customers of which there are many.
Lastly, the photos provided in this complaint were taken by the property owner after he himself opened the stucco from the exterior, the cracks are all preexisting.
We have now resolved this matter, and the complainant has paid nothing to Pinnacle Home Services for work done to his property.
