Warning: This company is changing its name to ***** **** *************, formerly known as Future Construction, in an attempt to solicit your business.
Suggestion: Check all business outlets before hiring this company, including the BBB, CSLB, and social media platforms. Be cautious with referrals.
This company—formerly Future Construction—was referred to my family for the Nash ADU project. The project was abandoned, leaving our family in financial debt due to additional city and county fees required to correct the numerous errors and mishaps.
The work on the Nash ADU project was so poor that one inspector provided only two possible solutions:
Correct everything—down to the nail size used—and fix all mismeasured items such as window and door sizes, among many other issues. This has been a nightmare of information learned only after the fact.
Tear down the entire ADU and start over.
Consumers, please beware of referrals. This company was referred to my family, and the consequences were devastating. Do your due diligence on Inste Home Manufacturing, formerly Future Construction.
Keep all documentation to support your claims. The owner, Charles Blufordcarving, may retaliate by filing restraining orders or taking you to court, forcing you to defend your First Amendment rights in Sacramento Superior Court.
