      informed technician fan in ac unit was barely moving Came out early, took the side out and said it is your capacitor, 300 dollars He put it back together and left Later the fan began squealing sound Called technician several times.he said I have a very bad ac conditioner, bad. dog pee on it. My part is working 2-year warranty At this time, he has not even mailed me an invoice.The name of this company is Affordable, yet he charged me 300 dollars. Advertisement says 24 hours, he is only available when he wants to be.At this time, I was desperate, not thinking because my wife's mom was in the hospital. The house is cooking with two dogs inside and my son.I made calls for other technicians as I could not get anyone.he came back out late morning. ******* said good morning, looked at the Ac unit on the side again. The issue was the fan in the unit. But he looked at the side again.Oh your fan motor is bad. This unit is so bad, garbage. He took his capacitor out; said he will give me half money back. Says he charges 150 service charge. Yet other companies I called are charging less than 100 for diagnostic. I just wanted him to go away and get it fixed.He left with fuse panel unplugged. He left the side open wires hanging open, screws all over the place. He wouldn't put my old capacitor back in.the next day he came back with disco music blasting in front of my driveway, banging on gate. Here is 150, then left. About my AC, I did get it fixed. It wasn't the capacitor, The fan motor. Another reputable company checked it and was blown away by this former technician and the way they just left the machine, parts, screws all over the place. My dogs and son, wife are okay. My wife's mom is still recovering. This guy is not affordable. He diagnosed my issue wrong, overcharged me. Never was sorry, just your machine is a piece of you know what. Dogs pee on it. We lived here for 10 years with no dogs outside.
