*** is the worst management association you could find, Illegal business practices and violations.Electing illegitimate board members and people in our community that are red flags on our neighborhood watch list. A peeping *** that is a truly sick individual now thinks he is a board member and is recognized by *** as such after violating rule and law in this community. Now has free rein to harass other neighbors and abuse power, ************* is waking up and coming together to spread awareness on this corrupt association and a mentally sick individual that lives among us. The good people of this community have had enough and will not stop until this is all resolved.

**************, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We understand your concerns for your community. The ******* Ranch North Lot 7 Owners Associations Annual meeting was held per all the guidelines, deadlines, and rules provided by the ***** Stirling Act, the largest body of law regulating community associations in the state of **********. While you may not agree with who was elected by the membership of the community to the ***** of ********** it was all done legally per the ***** Stirling Act. The ******* Ranch North Lot 7 Owners Association does not have a Red Flag list within the community. The accusations regarding the newly elected person to the ***** of ********* is without evidence and slanderous. ***** of ********* are governed by an ethics policy and have a responsibility to uphold the governing documents of the Association. As the management company for this Association, we encourage all members to provide feedback and state any concerns they may have about their community during a properly notified Open Meeting of the ***** of *********. We hope you and any other concerned members of the community take the opportunity during the Homeowner Forum to address the ***** of ********* and management.
