    I was really unsure about this company based on some online reviews I saw, but the lights were a great deal. So to be safe, I ordered one light off ******* and the other off Amazon due to their great return policies and scammer refund promises. Both light orders, though bought on another website, were sold and shipped by the seller Bailey Street Home. The shipment was amazingly fast (2 days after ordering I had them - both shipped by ******* both orders shipped straight from the manufacturer, as Bailey Street Home claimed, and the price was great! I will 100% order from them again. Everything was perfect with the order and packaging and shipment and speed of delivery. Very pleased with my purchase.

    The company appears to advertise and sell merchandise on their site that does not exist within their inventory. In my case they sold me an item and charged my credit card but they could not produce the merchandise. It was not until I contacted them 7 days after purchase to ask when my item would ship that I was informed that they did not have the item. It was only at that point that they offered a refund.It took me extra effort to get a live person to assist me through their Chat option online. Their published ***** customer service number did not connect me to a service person, but instead just told me to return to the website.I will never buy from this entity again.

    Had a great experience with this vendor. Same brand name products as other vendors, but better prices. I'll certainly use this company again, and plan to refer friends and family. ****** is a fantastic rep, taking the time to answer all my questions, and has an exceptional phone presence, a rarity these days. I really benefited from our interaction. He left a wonderful impression for the company.

    Loved my coffee table. Most of all loved the price from Bailey Street, which was a fraction of the price from other competitors. Delivery was smooth and the truck driver brought the furniture into my home and helped unpack it for me. The piece had a slight blemish which obviously occurred with shifting during transit. I called to ask with a little stain to touch up the tiny blemish and Bailey Street customer service asked if I would do it myself they would adjust the price even lower, which was a great solution. Will definitely continue as a future customer of ***** **********************.

    ***************************** was fantastic and responsive to my inquiry. I purchased 2 gorgeous outside light fixtures. I received the first box and immediately attempted to install it. I discovered the light fixture did not fit. I started to return process, but the second box never arrived, thus I could not return it. ****** listened to my problem and then immediately explained how this would be resolved and he did. My experience both buying it and returning it was great. Thanks, ******!
