      We used to be loyal customers of ********************** and often recommended their service to others. Unfortunately, a recent experience has completely changed our opinion, and we can no longer support this business.We dropped off a mattress cover for cleaning and were told to return at a specific time for pickup. When I arrived, the worker informed me that the item was still wet and casually suggested I take it home to dry outside. I explained I couldnt do that, and she offered to continue drying it for a specific amount of time. At no point was I informed that the item had been damaged.We discovered the damage ourselves when trying to put the cover back on our mattress. When we reached out to the company, it took weeks to hear back from the store manager, *****. She admitted the situation was above her pay grade and referred us to the owner, *****.Dealing with ***** was the most disappointing part of this entire experience. From the start, he was rude and dismissive. He essentially blamed us for bringing the mattress cover in which is baffling, considering this is a laundry service. We even offered to split the cost of the damage just to resolve things amicably, but he refused to take any responsibility whatsoever.We were left with no choice but to pursue the matter in small claims court. ***** continuously rescheduled and delayed proceedings, adding unnecessary stress especially difficult while being pregnant and caring for a toddler. We won the case twice (including his failed appeal, where he didnt even show up), which speaks volumes about how unjust his position ****** this day, despite the court rulings in our favor, we still havent been reimbursed for the damages. This entire ordeal was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and exhausting. Its clear that customer care and accountability mean nothing to the current management. We can no longer recommend Love Laundry to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

      This used to be a cool place to go into your laundry. But unfortunately I don't know who took it over. But the management ***** they use foul language. She called me a b**** She walked up on my car. Asked me if I was doing laundry. I explained to her that I was waiting for someone using her facility. She begins to tell me and threaten to me to call the police. Because I'm sitting in the car waiting for my friend to finish her laundry and her demeanor was just rude and obnoxious at 1 point and never ever have experienced that what the love lines are needed, that gives them a bad name to have a representation of that type of management she. Consists of video, taping me and cussing me out when I kept asking her. What were you doing? I'm just sitting here. Waiting for my friend to finish with laundry. I don't appreciate her to even walk up from my window to tap on it. Because I have downtown and that is just not cool. You don't know what people go through to be doing that type of things. I never, ever yelled at her or called her out of her name. But she sure did with me. My friend was also sitting right next to me. Video taping her and at the end of the day, if that's what you guys want to have representing love laundry cool. But I will tell and I will not use your facility. Whatsoever ever again, you guys need to review and overseas your management at that facility on ******** because that management. Is unprofessional and as poor representation for love?Laundry we'll never go there again
