    I purchased a ceiling fan for to install for a customer. The reciept to my email has no price for the product i purchased. I messaged the help desk and received a form letter instead of a proper business receipt. This means that I will have to pay income tax on the material cost instead of using it as a tax write off. Any company that doesn't use proper business procedures can't be trusted. Needless to say that i and other contractors **** be doing business with Luna Warehouse going forward. Lots of list revenue for this company.

    I bought 3 Kichler outdoor posts lights from Lunda through Amazon. Less than a year later I had trouble with 2 of the 3 lights. I contacted **** and they arranged for replacements without issue. I received the 2 replacement's and one of them had fallen apart during shipping. I sent them a picture and without question they arranged for another replacement. I couldn't believe it went that easy.
